Hey there, like the biking post you did. I'm a long time bike commuter who has gone a little nuts with it recently, doing a 67km commute (one way - take public transit home) to my new job.
If you get a chance, check out

           for some bike commuting musings.
              Peace!

People have been looking for alternative forms of transportation for a long time now, but hopefully its continued growth will cause community developers and planers to start including non-drivers more. It can be inconvenient at times to bike instead of drive, but it doesn’t have to be. With the growth in bike lanes, bike trails, downtown bike centers with showers and storage, and etc… biking, and other forms of transportation, will continue to become more convenient. You should check out ‘Divorce Your Car.’ Many places have smoking and non-smoking sections, we should have cities with driving and non-driving sections.
